Powered by MJ Consulting partnered with PNW Doula Group to strengthen organizational capacity, support workforce development initiatives, and advance systems that increase access to community-based maternal health services throughout Oregon.
The engagement focused on strategic planning, program development, partnership cultivation, operational support, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen pathways for doula recruitment, training, credentialing, and sustainable workforce participation. PNW Doula Group serves as a community-based doula network and billing hub that supports doulas and families, with a particular emphasis on expanding access to care for Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) members and underserved communities.
Powered by MJ Consulting worked alongside organizational leadership and community partners to support growth strategies, improve operational effectiveness, strengthen community partnerships, and enhance the organization's ability to serve both birth workers and families across the region.

Powered by MJ Consulting partnered with The BFM Fund to support strategic program development, entrepreneur engagement, ecosystem partnerships, and operational planning for initiatives designed to increase access to capital, mentorship, and business resources for underrepresented founders.
Services included stakeholder engagement, program strategy, partnership cultivation, event and initiative planning, founder outreach, resource alignment, and implementation support for entrepreneurship-focused programs. The engagement required collaboration with community organizations, investors, ecosystem partners, and business support providers to strengthen pathways for founder success and economic mobility.
